About Rahim
Hello! I'm Rahim Al-Kashash, a native Arabic teacher, translator, and researcher with over 10 years of experience in Arabic language education.
I hold a degree in Arabic Language and Literature from Al-Baath University in Syria and have an academic background in Arabic linguistics, literature, and culture. I currently teach Arabic at the National University of Rosario in Argentina, where I also participate in academic and research activities.
I specialize in teaching Modern Standard Arabic (MSA) and Levantine Arabic (Shami) to non-native speakers, from complete beginners to advanced learners. Over the past six years, I have worked extensively with Spanish-speaking students from Latin America, which has given me a deep understanding of the difficulties Spanish speakers commonly face when learning Arabic.
My lessons are adapted to each student's goals. Whether you want to learn Arabic for conversation, travel, work, university, diplomacy, translation, or a deeper understanding of Arab culture, we can build a learning plan that suits your needs.
I have experience designing and teaching Arabic courses for university students, professionals, diplomats, and travelers. I also work as an Arabic–Spanish translator, which allows me to explain linguistic and cultural differences clearly, especially to Spanish-speaking learners.
In my classes, I combine conversation, pronunciation, grammar, vocabulary, reading, and listening. My goal is not simply to teach you grammatical rules, but to help you understand Arabic and use it confidently in real situations.
You can choose between Modern Standard Arabic and Levantine (Shami) Arabic, or combine both depending on your objectives.

For Levantine Arabic, you will learn the language used in everyday conversations, with a special focus on Syrian/Shami Arabic.
For Modern Standard Arabic, we can work on speaking, reading, writing, grammar, media, literature, and more advanced academic skills according to your level.
