I’ve been cooking since I was 10, teaching myself along the way, and I’ve gained a deep understanding of techniques, flavours, and presentation. I use a step-by-step approach to guide you through recipes, focusing on technique, timing, and presentation. My lessons are hands-on, ensuring that you gain the confidence to cook independently. I encourage experimentation and aim to make each lesson both informative and enjoyable, with plenty of opportunities for you to ask questions and receive personalised tips. Lessons typically last between 60 to 90 minutes, but this can vary depending on the complexity of the dish and your preferences. I work with students of all ages and skill levels—whether you're just starting to learn the basics, or you want to perfect your culinary creations. My experience as a chef in a restaurant means I can teach you everything from simple comfort foods to more sophisticated, restaurant-style meals.
