About Jiaxuan

Hi! I’m from China, and I’m a big food lover!

My passion for cooking actually started when I moved to the UK. I quickly realised how much I missed authentic Chinese food, so I decided to start making my favourite dishes myself.

At first, I was simply cooking to satisfy my cravings for food from home. But as I kept experimenting with different recipes, ingredients and cooking techniques, I discovered that I genuinely loved the process!

Over the past year, cooking has become one of my favourite hobbies. I love trying different cuisines, discovering new flavours and recreating delicious dishes in my own kitchen.

I’ve always believed that people who are passionate about food are often passionate about life too, and I’m definitely one of those people!

For me, cooking isn’t just about making something delicious. It’s about creativity, exploring different cultures and enjoying the little things in life.
