Hello! I'm Teacher Jesha Mae, a Licensed Professional Teacher from the Philippines with a Bachelor's degree in Secondary Education, major in General Science, and experience in classroom teaching and online ESL tutoring.

My Teaching Method and Techniques

My teaching approach is student-centered, interactive, and personalized. I believe that every student has a unique learning style, pace, and goal. I use visual aids, real-life examples, guided conversations, vocabulary exercises, pronunciation practice, and engaging activities to make learning easier and more enjoyable. I encourage my students to participate actively, ask questions, and express their thoughts freely. I also provide constructive feedback and corrections to help them improve their skills and gain confidence.

A Typical Lesson Plan

Each lesson begins with a warm welcome and a short review of previous topics. Next, I introduce the new lesson using simple explanations, examples, and visual materials. We then practice together through guided exercises, conversations, and interactive activities. After that, students apply what they have learned through independent speaking or practical tasks. Finally, we review the key points, correct mistakes, and discuss the student's progress. I adjust each lesson according to the learner's needs and goals.

What Makes Me Different as a Tutor

As Teacher Jesha Mae, I am patient, approachable, encouraging, and passionate about helping students succeed. I understand that learning a new language can sometimes be challenging, so I create a friendly and supportive environment where students feel comfortable making mistakes and learning from them. I celebrate small achievements and motivate my students to keep improving. My goal is not only to teach English but also to help learners communicate naturally and confidently in real-life situations.

Who Are My Lessons For?

My lessons are suitable for children, teenagers, adults, beginners, and intermediate English learners. I can help students develop their speaking, listening, reading, writing, vocabulary, grammar, pronunciation, and everyday communication skills. My classes are also helpful for learners who want to improve their conversational English, practice sentence construction, prepare for school activities, or become more confident when speaking English.

Whether you are just starting to learn English or looking to strengthen your existing skills, I am here to guide you every step of the way. Let's make learning English enjoyable, meaningful, and rewarding together!
