My Teaching Method and Techniques
My approach blends foundational technique, creativity, and enjoyment. I begin by assessing the student’s current level and goals—whether it's for performance, fitness, exams, or pure passion. I emphasize body awareness, rhythm, posture, and expression through progressive steps. For children, I use games and storytelling; for adults, I adapt pacing and choreography based on their comfort and confidence.
Typical Lesson Plan
A 45–60 minute session is structured as follows:
Warm-up (5–10 mins): Light cardio, stretches, and rhythm exercises.
Technique practice (10–15 mins): Footwork, body alignment, movement drills.
Choreography or routine learning (20–30 mins): Step-by-step guidance on a short sequence.
Cool down and feedback (5 mins): Relaxation and personalized tips.
Every class is interactive and designed to keep students motivated and progressing steadily.
