About Nosiseko
Hello! My name is Nosi, and I am a Food Technology professional from South Africa with a National Diploma in Food Technology and over 13 years of professional workplace experience.
Throughout my career, I have gained valuable experience in quality assurance, compliance, documentation and workplace procedures. I am passionate about helping people understand the importance of food safety and how good practices contribute to safe food handling and quality products.
My approach is patient, practical and supportive. I believe that learning is easier when complex information is explained clearly and connected to real-life situations. I enjoy helping learners develop their knowledge, ask questions and gain confidence in what they do.
I welcome beginners, food technology students and food handlers who want to strengthen their understanding of food safety, hygiene, quality assurance and documentation. I can teach in English and isiXhosa, and I aim to make every lesson informative, engaging and relevant to your learning goals.

My food safety lessons are practical, supportive and focused on helping learners understand how to apply food safety principles in real-life situations. I hold a National Diploma in Food Technology and have over 13 years of professional workplace experience, including quality assurance, compliance, documentation and workplace procedures.
I cover food hygiene, personal hygiene, cross-contamination, temperature control, cleaning and sanitising, introductory HACCP principles, quality assurance and food safety documentation. I aim to explain concepts in simple language, using practical examples, guided discussions and exercises to help learners build their knowledge and confidence.
Lessons can be adapted to suit each student's learning needs, whether they are beginners, food technology students or food handlers who want to improve their understanding of safe food practices.
A typical lesson includes a brief assessment of your existing knowledge, an explanation of the topic, practical examples, questions and answers, and a short review to reinforce what you have learned. My goal is to make food safety easier to understand and apply in everyday work and study.
