About Carole
I am a French native speaker and am proficient in English. I have been writing in both languages for academic purposes - dissertation, research paper, cover letter etc - and can help in crossing the gap to the particular French methods in a relaxed learning environment.
I am a postgraduate student trained at the Glasgow School of Art to a wide range of creative practices: environmental design, communication design, visual arts, design anthropology.
Previously, I studied for and got a diploma in Design Education in Paris. I have tutored private lessons in drawing and design (to help in the preparation of Design Education exams, or to learn perspective and Adobe software) for 3 years.

A typical lesson could be with me bringing something French—a song, a croissant, a film, a cheese, or any object—to start a conversation in French with a vocabulary list, followed by a writing exercise on the topic of the day.
I am a French postgraduate designer - interested in visual arts, music, urban and natural lives. From studying my Master’s in Design Innovation at the Glasgow School of Art this year, I will be progressing onto a PhD in Design at the Edinburgh College of Art in September 2018.
