About John
As a director/writer/producer/cinematographer and co-owner of TH Films based in Cape Town, South Africa, I spent much of my early career as a documentary filmmaker in conflict zones around the world.
Since that season, I have striven to use those experiences to tell engaging, character-driven, action-based stories that matter. Stories that can spark conversations and point the audience towards something higher.
I have worked in 12 different countries on award-winning films, commercials, music videos, lifestyle TV, game shows, and documentaries.
I hold a Bachelor of Arts in Film and Media Production from The University of Cape Town.
