About Barbara
Overall, I have been teaching for over 15 years, but not in the baking field. I have had over 30 years experience in baking, and over 5 years experience in teaching children how to bake. From cakes and biscuits, to tarts and sweets - there's nothing that won't be covered.

I have a patient and caring nature, and I enjoy teaching other people. I learn from mistakes, and I am always calm and collected when it comes to other people making mistakes. I always encourage, and talk the student through what went wrong, and I will then encourage to try again. Tailor made lessons for each student, as no two students are the same.

Details
Fees start from £15 per hour, and do vary slightly, depending on the amount of people I will be teaching at any one time. I charge £15 per hour for one student, £25 per hour for two, and £30 per hour for three plus students.
