About Matthew
I'm a writer with a world-class musical background. I'm an Eagle Scout. I always know what I'm talking about; I say that with confidence is because when I do not know what I'm talking about, I will admit so. I won't try to manipulate you or mislead you, but only stoke the alchemic fire already burning in your mind.

My approach to teaching is exponential and student-oriented. I stoke the embers of rational and imaginative thought already found in the students. Once I've assessed the level of thinking I'm dealing with, I add mental stimulants designed to ramp-up the curriculum content. My ultimate goal as a teacher is to provide content that seems just above my students’ achievement levels, so they'll stretch and feel accomplished every step of the learning journey.
