About Michał
My interest in martial arts started when I was 12 years old. I've joined Oyama School and started my journey with Karate.
From 1999 I did move into world of kickboxing and from 2005 stared to train boxing. I did compete in karate (1st place 2002 Southern Poland Championship 85kg+), then had 2 Muay Thai fights in London (1 loss 1 win).

Stay safe, learn basic techniques, practice and listen to your body.
I do teach techniques based on karate, boxing, and thai boxing styles.
As there are many aspects to martial art training, it will go down to learn how to control your own body and mind.
