About Luca
I am Luca & I have been studying the power of positive thoughts and gratitude for over two years now. I have practised the teachings of Dale Carnegie, Eckhart Tolle & Norman Vincent Peale throughout my daily life & It has made a world of difference to both the way I percieve the world and certainly how others percieve me. I hold less doubt and insecurity in my mind over all aspects of my life such as professional work, relationships with friends & family and meeting new people. I am significantly more care-free and have been able to train my mind to see things in different perspectives so as to stay calm, collected and content.

So as I have already mentioned I have studied the teachings of Positive Thinking, Meditation, Gratitude & Self-Reflection for the past two years and I have a need to share it with other people because I feel it could be incredibly useful to others. My lessons are for everyone because regardless of age or experience I feel that everyone can learn about these wonderful teachings. I, myself, regularly practise these teachings because I certainly am no expert & I won't let pride stop me from working on myself & trying to be the best I can be.
In terms of the lessons themselves, they aren't scripts or anything of the sort but would be tailored to your own lives. It would be a 'talk' of sorts where you would tell me what it is you are having trouble with in your life and we would work together to figure out how you can overcome these troubles and give you little practises that you can use effectively to keep your mind in check.

Details
I prefer to do my classes in 30 minute increments as I find there is less wasted time for the student in what they are paying as they might feel an hour is too long, so by purchasing an hour long session you would recieve 2 x 30 minute sessions specified on days of your choosing.
