About Mario
By training I am an Agroindustrial Engineer and a Master in Food Engineering, I have teaching experience at various universities and I have also done research in the area of biodegradable packaging, food. I like statistics, the design of experiments, material balances, packaging and its new trends as well as giving good use and profit to computer tools for learning and teaching.

First of all I try to be fun, pleasant and patient in my classes. As far as possible I explain the content of a topic very well to proceed to assign applied activities, put knowledge into practice. I do good management of ICT to facilitate knowledge. In my classes I like to assign some reading and some videos to deepen the topics.
