About Paz
I began playing the piano at age 9 and have been teaching it since I was 17. My studies focus on popular music, composition, harmony, and improvisation, and I also enjoy teaching classical music, even though I haven’t pursued it in concert settings. I’ve performed a variety of musical styles with rock, Argentine folklore, and jazz groups. I also lived in New York from ages two to five, which helps me connect well with both Spanish speakers in the U.S. and North Americans who appreciate Latin and Argentine folk music, as well as tango. For several years, I’ve led a group to perform my compositions and have released three albums of my music.

My piano lessons are customized to fit each student’s unique needs. I provide specially designed materials for online learning and offer instruction in multiple musical styles, with a focus on jazz, tango, and Latin American folklore. Lessons include reading, technique, music theory, harmony, and improvisation for all skill levels. I also teach composition and can guide students in composing, developing, or producing their musical ideas and songs.
