Learn practical self-defence with a Krav Maga black belt and certified instructor

I’ve been training with Paweł in Krav Maga for a couple years, and his teaching is engaging, fun and always well thought out. He knows how to push me to ensure I do my best, without compromising safety and without letting me doubt myself or lower my confidence. His lessons are filled with a variety of different activities and techniques, we have a laugh but also ensure I am learning and enhancing my toolkit. He genuinely cares about his students, both their safety and emotional wellbeing. Paweł loves to teach and it is clear he has a passion and is very knowledgable in what he teaches. As I female, I feel more vulnerable and unsafe when I’m out alone, Paweł has helped me tremendously, he teaches me basic self defence from chokes and hair pulls, to more complex such as knives or handguns. These skills have helped me feel that much safer when walking and being out in London alone. It is an amazing tool to have, to feel that much more confident, especially with what is going on around the world. I look forward to Pawels lessons every week and know I will learn new skills and have fun. Overall his profesionalism and passion for teaching is amazing, I’d recommend him to anyone looking to gain confidence and learn practical self defence skills.
