About Arun

Arun Dev is an Indian Educator, he started his career at the age of 25 with an ICSE school located in the outskirts of Utarakhand, North India. He was offered a Dojo in the campus along with the job as an educator, thus he becomes a Karate teacher, produced 15 Black Belts in 1999 and has highlighted himself in the mainstream of Karate. As an educator, he is serving the young boys and girls for the last 2 decades, at present he is working as a Librarian with a reputed women’s college in Kozhikode.
In the field of imparting Karate he is involved in the social project and has done projects with Local Governement of Chathamangalam Grama Panjayath under “Samagravidyabhyasa Project”, 11 students under the project has achieved Black Belt under the guidance of Soke Takeshi Kitagawa. Soke Awarded 10 Shodan and 1 Nidan at a function arranged in the JKSK National Headquarters of Nihon Shotokan Karate Do SANKUKAI-iNDIA at Manassery on 3rd September 2018.
Sensei is the President & Head Instructor of Nihon Shotokan Karate Do SANKUKAI-India, and governing all branch affiliates throughout India under the strict vigil of Soke Takeshi Kitagawa. Sensei is awarded National Accredited Coach Certificate by Honorable President of Karate Association of India, Shihan Thiagarajan at function organised at Kalpetta. He is official Judge of Karate Association of India.

I teach karate with with complete zeal, as I have been working with different educational institutions I rather like to teach young kids. The philosophical teaching helps me to develop good students who put good milestone in the society.
