About Stefan
Hi! I’m Stefan, a high-achieving student with a particular passion for languages, Maths and Business. I recently completed my GCSEs, achieving Grade 9s in all my subjects apart from English Language, where I achieved a Grade 8, just one mark away from a 9.
I particularly enjoy German, French and Spanish and have developed my language skills beyond the GCSE curriculum. I hold the Goethe-Zertifikat B2 in German and DELF B1 in French, and I am currently working towards DELF B2. Furthermore, I am also looking to continue my studies in Spanish, as I intend to sit the DELE B2/C1 Junior exam in November.
As someone who has recently been through GCSEs myself, I understand both the course content and the pressures students can face. I aim to explain difficult concepts clearly and adapt my teaching to each student, whether that means working through challenging Maths problems, improving exam technique in Business, or building confidence in speaking, grammar and vocabulary in languages.
I also have experience teaching French and Spanish to younger pupils and really enjoyed helping them develop their confidence. I’d like to use both my academic experience and enthusiasm for learning to help other students make progress and achieve the best results they can.
