About Katie
I grew up in San Antonio and have lived off and on in Austin since 2008. I've lived Spain, Chile, and Brazil and have traveled extensively throughout Latin America and Europe.
I graduated from UT twice, with a Bachelor's in Spanish and Psychology and two Master's in Social Work and Public Affairs.
I have been working in education administration and am currently going through a career transition.

I'm a geek about Spanish grammar. I dig into the nuance about accent rules, irregular verbs, tenses, and verb agreement. I get excited to help students with their homework - it's fun for me!
I can teach introductory Spanish to children, assist high school and college students with homework and getting a grasp of the concepts, and help adults get acquainted with the language or practice grammar.
