My name is Ryan Palihawadana! I’m a graduate from the University of Exeter and current MSc student at Queen Mary University of London. It is my belief that hard work and perseverance can genuinely give any student their desired outcome. My method of teaching has been adopted and honed through my own experiences in further education. Having maximum marks at both (A and A*) at both AS and A level. My method encourages full immersion into the world of politics through. Weekly Journaling. Thought-provoking discussion and debate. Rigorous analysis of the textbook to ensure familiarity with course requirements. Extensive mock exam practice to ensure full confidence for the examination period. Tips on how to construct a coherent answer or argument. As a result of all this the student should feel genuinely confident on exam day but crucially I want my students to feel engaged in the world of government and politics and feel encouraged to bring original thought into our sessions.
