About Roux-Anne
I am Roux-Anne Bristow and my passion in life is Water polo. I’ve played first team for 3 years now and I am vice captain of my team at school. I teach u/13s on how to play the game and I coach grade 8s at my high school. I have experience in all positions in the game and I am willing to share my knowledge with people eager to learn about the sport. I teach all ages on how to play water polo.

My lessons will be based on theory and tactics. We will watch videos and explanations on skills and tricks to use in the game and we will focus on different game strategies that can be used as well. Waterpolo is a big thinking sport so we have to train your mind first before your body can begin training.
