My teaching methodology includes helping one understand and recognise the task in front of them as there is no incorrect answer when it comes to English, only certain aspects which must first be recognised in order to be approached independantly
My lesson structure is based on the individual or class, what they need, if it is, say tort, then all aspects of tort are taught from the definition, right up to defences and remedies. I keep all classes in plain English and work into terminology at the students pace.

My first approach to grinds is to know in advance the key points each student needs to focus on. This is generally identified during the first lesson which consists of a series of exercises to have an overview of their level.
