Although every student is individual, I believe the best way to teach is by first explaining and then giving them something to work through themselves.
My experiences with young children has shown me how different children respond to different teaching styles. I like to mould my methods around the student. By spending time tackling questions, I can quickly grasp what teaching method I believe would be most suitable for the child.
I enjoy working through example and understanding where students are making mistakes to help them improve in the areas often overlooked when in class .
I teach the topics that the student in particular finds difficult but also recap other topics. Give them questions I have made myself. At the end of each topic I will give them a test also produced by myself. Since I have done the new maths GCSEs I am experienced in the way they ask the questions.
My teaching method revolves mainly around individual progression, with most of my experience coming with GCSE students but also now with A level students. I am very flexible with class times to meet any preferred times and I base much of my lessons around this.
I'm currently studying chemistry at Durham University. Can help tutor secondary, GCSE, AS and Alevel standard in biology, chemistry and maths. I feel its best to learn by doing questions and working through them, I am patient and easy going.
I am an examiner and properly qualified teacher/ tutor with massive experience in delivering the national curriculum , I take myself to the level of students and once there, i pull them up to my level. The minimum grade i tolerate is a 7.
My lessons are flexible to the needs of the tutee, as I don't believe there is one method of teaching for everyone. Common to all my lessons, however, is an emphasis on first understanding concepts and then applying those concepts to problems. To improve and develop understanding, we will discuss topics, work through explanations with examples and then test your understanding with questions.

Every Student is different and so my approach to the subject and the time taken to achieve the goal varies from pupil to pupil. I teach any level up to a level in mathematics. Math is a subject that is compulsory in schooling and will come in handy in later life. I have 100% pass rate at GCSE with my pupils.
My teaching method is highly personalised and I like to before each lesson contact the student and find out what is troubling them, from here I can make sure I have a clear picture of the topic in my head, being able to then explain my understanding and how this can be used to understand and solve problems. I am also used to step by step going through a curriculum if that were preferred.
My teaching style is largely flexible as I understand that different individuals prefer different methods of learning. In general, I plan lessons in advance based on the key areas that the student wishes to cover. I gauge the level of each student individually to ensure that lessons are neither too easy nor too hard, to keep lessons helpful and interesting.
My teaching method is similar to how I teach myself.
