I am an MSci Computer Science student at Kings College London in my penultimate year and have done an internship on front end web development previously. I give lessons to primary/secondary school kids to develop their programming skills by teaching them the basics of CSS and HTML and working first hand on web pages to demonstrate how it all works.
I believe in learning by doing specially in programming. From the first session with me, the student will learn how to create. This way not only they become more hopeful and enthusiastic towards the subject they will be eager to create more. 3.
My teaching method is that of collaboration - I enjoy working with students as a team to solve complex problems, by which the student tends to learn more. Helping university students with their year one coursework really enhanced my skills.
Hi there !!! Thanks for your kind attention. I hold IT engineering degree and I am in IT development since 2006. Looking to lean Database Website Development / HTML / CSS !! I have trained many juniors and apprentice in my career. Also many family members who wanted to switch career in IT development. I have trained many fresher students and helped them to crack interviews to get good job.
First I will check the level of knowledge in student. after give small task. so i can check the practical knowledge. after that i will start teach.
I tailor my lessons to the individual's ability based on the topics they feel weakest in to help them improve and surpass the standards their expectations. I have spent the last six years teaching at The Learning Hub, in addition, I am currently a mentor for students on the Engineering and Mathematics STEM enrichment course at Imperial College.
The world of technology is so vast and continuously growing all the time. It would useless to define one particular area to teach people about tech. Therefore, my teaching method is rather flexible and tailored to every individual. I'm based in South West London (near Wandsworth & Wimbledon), but willing to commute and can offer remote support.
I'm a software developer, part time kids entertainer who recently decided to move into the teaching world. I hold Bachelor's and Master's and I really look forward to teaching the young generation all these coding principles as well as the programming fundamentals that will allow them to gain solid knowledge in computer programming.
I am passionate about teaching and helping students achieve their academic goals. I obtained a bachelors degree in computer science and a masters` degree in Software Engineering from the University of Southampton with a distinction.
Till now I have been teaching by sending 30 to 90 Tutorials as Microsoft Word document and responding to learner response/exercise. I offer one-to-one on Skype. I can publish a website for that if it is preferred.
Programming is such a useful skill!! Plus, it can be quite fun when taught correctly. No matter how many times we read about a programming language, the only certain way to really learn it is to get hands on with it.
I like to begin by assessing my students' knowledge of the topic at hand. Then, I help students build a solid foundation of fundamentals. After ensuring the student is confident in the basics, we can move on to discussing more complex topics.
I make complex topics simple. I teach everything from scratch. I motivate students to learn by doing. I course teaching speed is directly proportional to the grasping power of the student. I have students who have repeatedly come and contacted me.
Designing worksheet packets and games to teach students about the computers in a fun and engaging manner. Engaging students in lively discussions to teach them computer Evolution as well as to help them gain the confidence to speak up and have their own opinions in class.
I give my classes to anyone who needs help. I am a student at University but I am able to explain what I am teaching in a such a descriptive and litty manner.
I approach each topic by module. There are 10 modules. The first module is your first HTML page. The second module is learning how to structure information. The third module is learning how to structure a document. The fourth module is about images. The fifth is about the links. The sixth is about data tables. The seventh is about HTML forms. The eighth is about multimediat content.
I hold a PhD in Computer Science and work commercially in the technology field. I am keen to help students prepare for and excel in their GCSEs, A Levels, and university/occupational courses covering all aspects of Computer Science. - Which subject(s) do you teach? I teach computer science, all levels, and I help prepare students for exams and exam projects (I won't do the projects for you).
Learn the basics of HTML, CSS, Wordpress installation and understanding how to use the dashboard to get the most out of your blog/website by adding media such as images, galleries and movies. Take the experience further with theme customisation, plugin selection and management.
I have enjoy working with smaller groups / one-to-one as this provides a more personal experience allowing me to address the needs of individual pupils rather than a larger group. I start all courses with a 'Where you're at?' and 'Where do you want to be?' quiz that helps me ensure that pupils expectations are met at a pace they're comfortable with.
