I like to teach in an interactive way, engaging in dialogue with students to promote understanding of core principles which we then apply to specific case studies. I think this method helps students better understand the heart of learning and understanding, so that they can apply principles universally, rather than simply memorize answers.
I provide student with practical tips that they will apply to recall life situations and this helps their grasps of the subject quicker. My students find my methods fast and user friendly.
My approach is based on my own experience as a student which relates to getting to know the student personally as well as their interests and approachng them with a manner tailored to their personality. Combining beneficial academic knowledge with pleasant and interesting, practical activities.
My teaching method is tailored to each individual student, their age and the subject at hand. I identify weak areas from an early stage, providing targeted lessons. I have a systematic way of teaching by topic, frequently testing to solidify knowledge.
I would be able to teach English students of any level up to Higher English or equivalent. I would also be able to tutor ESOL students as English is my native language. I would teach by going over the texts you are studying and helping you to get a deeper understanding. As well as looking through the texts, I would also help with folio work and going through past papers.
I worked part time as a children's tutor for over 2 years and in that time I was able to develop my teaching style and find ways to make learning fun. I was also able to tutor children in entrance exams required for access to my local private schools and have had fantastic results.
I have straight A-grades in all my secondary school qualifications and am studying for my undergraduate degree. I teach through essay techniques, plans, helping students critically analyse information. I hope to encourage independent thought and help student develop the ability to critically engage with literature and history.
Not much of a conventional person; methods range from discussions to brainstorming and seldom to lecturing. Classes based on simplifying elaborate concepts.

22 year old student, happy to offer tutoring for kids of any ages with whatever they need. I plan on looking at what their schools ask of them and then integrate my own methods of teaching to deliver lessons. Very interactive, and considerate of what makes the child most comfortable and in turn successful.
