My teaching is most suited to GCSE, A Level, and first-year degree level. Lessons are tailored specifically to the student's academic level and experience though will consistently cultivate the discipline's principal requirements of critical thought, time management, logical structuring, and depth of analysis.
My teaching and learning strategies include a step by step approach to building and developing students' critical thinking skills through the use of scaffolded work sheets and exercises that stretch and challenge them. With this approach my students and I continuously plan and review their work.
My lessons are aimed at GSCE and A-Level students, in particular towards perfecting coursework. Since many different subjects are covered in History courses, I tailor as possible to the needs of each individual student. That said, I focus on methodology and written ability.
I've normally given lessons to school-age pupils.
I can give History tutoring up to any level in English. I am a extremely patient individual and my availability is very flexible so I can fit around whichever schedule works for you. I currently live in Pairs so tutoring will be conducted over the internet.
My teaching methods vary depending on the age of a child. I tend to offer a more interactive approach to children below the age of 16 so as to provide suitable engagement. For GCSE and A Level classes, I alternate between content learning and practice essays, as this is the most effective way of learning and revising.
My tea hi g method is very visual, I like to use video tools and diagrams, learning should be fun as that's how you remember things
I will be giving History lessons to students of any level from Primary, Secondary, Sixth Form or College. I am happy to work with students who are either simply just interested in the subject of history or students who are stuggling with the subject and need help to improve their skills and exam results.
My teaching methods would be unique to each student dependent on what they want from me and from their lessons. Most likely they would involve a lot of use of past papers and past questions.
