I am flexible to teach Primary, Secondary, and undergraduate student. I offer lessons in Mathematics, Science, and in Thermodynamics. I am flexible to clear all the students' doubts over the phone, email. If they want, I can meet them personally at my university (Swansea University, Bay Campus) at a common time to discuss their doubts. At first, I can teach them all the topics in their course.
My teaching methodology is to come up with fun and efficient, easy ways for the student to be able to solve the problem, whilst also remembering how to solve it for future use, through the use of these exciting methods.
I tend to teach using examples, as I always found being taught concepts without an example too abstract, hard to follow and boring. I try to set examples up so that my students can make the leap of understanding themselves, I never directly solve the problem for them.
My teaching methods are based on how the child learns. It can range from past paper questions to discussing subject topics in depth, I can really specialise methods based on the learners needs. I have very good knowledge of WJEC maths and triple and double science sylabus and a good amount of KS3 aswell.
I am a very patient tutor and willing to help AS/A-level students get an A or A* in Maths. I would prefer face to face tutoring. I will show you that maths is a very easy but fun subject. You will enjoy it.
I believe that teaching should be student oriented. In my opinion, having a single teaching methodology limits progress. I focus on understanding how each individual learns best and lean into that to the best of my ability. simplicity, enthusiasm and fun are also vital as it can be difficult to learn when you are not enjoying the subject.
My teaching method primarily consists of going through each section of the syllabus until a solid foundation of knowledge and confidence is built up with the student and completing questions and examples from past papers and from other learning resources.
I believe that tackling challenging questions with lots of guidance through them is a strong way to learn and solidify mathematical methods.
I like to explain things in a way that the person will understand. I'll change the context or make up a story, perhaps make up a real life example to help them picture the problem and how to solve it. I like to have fun and be very chilled out as to not stress the person out further.
I invite students to ask for assistance if it is needed. Your personal development and growth is very important also as the latter can affect your performance. This I can probably help you with also if you wish it. - Which subject(s) do you teach? I teach the following subjects: Chemistry, Physics, Mathematics and Biology (AS) at 'A'- level.
I believe a person is able to achieve anything, as long as they are willing to work for it. My goal as a tutor is to help the student understand the subject by himself, by explaining the workings of things in an intuitive way. Once information is made "your own", one does not need to worry about remembering facts for they come naturally and logically as part of her understanding of the world.
I am a PhD student in Physics at the Swansea University. I generally like to understand the needs of my students, and then work with them to overcome any difficulties they have to understand the subject. I think that theoretical lessons are important, but practical examples, like exercises or videos showing the actual physics, can be more fun and explicative.

After A Levels success, I trained in basics of Ecology, then gained a degree in Psychology and Philosophy studies.
I like to have a comfortable atmosphere and build a relationship between myself, the student and the subject. Steady focus with short, regular breaks throughout lessons; wider research beyond the curriculum to unlock the highest potential grades for the student.
