I am flexible to teach Primary, Secondary, and undergraduate student. I offer lessons in Mathematics, Science, and in Thermodynamics. I am flexible to clear all the students' doubts over the phone, email. If they want, I can meet them personally at my university (Swansea University, Bay Campus) at a common time to discuss their doubts. At first, I can teach them all the topics in their course.
My teaching methodology is to come up with fun and efficient, easy ways for the student to be able to solve the problem, whilst also remembering how to solve it for future use, through the use of these exciting methods.
My teaching methods are based on how the child learns. It can range from past paper questions to discussing subject topics in depth, I can really specialise methods based on the learners needs. I have very good knowledge of WJEC maths and triple and double science sylabus and a good amount of KS3 aswell.
My teaching method primarily consists of going through each section of the syllabus until a solid foundation of knowledge and confidence is built up with the student and completing questions and examples from past papers and from other learning resources.
I believe that tackling challenging questions with lots of guidance through them is a strong way to learn and solidify mathematical methods.
I believe a person is able to achieve anything, as long as they are willing to work for it. My goal as a tutor is to help the student understand the subject by himself, by explaining the workings of things in an intuitive way. Once information is made "your own", one does not need to worry about remembering facts for they come naturally and logically as part of her understanding of the world.
I am a PhD student in Physics at the Swansea University. I generally like to understand the needs of my students, and then work with them to overcome any difficulties they have to understand the subject. I think that theoretical lessons are important, but practical examples, like exercises or videos showing the actual physics, can be more fun and explicative.
A positive, enthusiastic and calm Physics graduate with over 3 years experience in tutoring and a genuine interest in students. My time as a postgraduate student at Swansea University gave me the opportunity to gain sufficient academic exposure through active research, seminar delivery, weekly coursework submission, and laboratory participation to engage in tutoring.
I am a 2nd year student doctor in Swansea Medical School. Before Swansea, I received a biomedical engineering degree from the University of Limerick, Ireland and a masters in cardiovascular science from King's College London. In addition I have industry experience in engineering, data and commercial analysis within the aerospace industry.
I am just a student like yourself who just so happens to be passionate about mathematics and physics. Mostly I've been helping my co-students and friends up to graduate level. My method is to help people see the logic behind maths and therefore become able to solve and understand them on their own.
I'm a second year Mechanical Engineering student at Swansea University, originally from the USA, as I'm sure you can tell by the photo! I give lessons and provide supplementary tutoring in Primary level to A-level maths and physics.
I'm a Medical Engineering student who is happy to give maths lessons for GCSE and A Level students. I'm happy to work through past papers and examples with student and coach them through topics that they are struggling with.
I believe a personalised approach to teaching is most effective. I will tailor my approach to suit each student's interest. Physics is everywhere, so whatever you like, I will use to teach you in a way you will understand thoroughly.
I am PhD research student currently working in the field of Aerospace Engineering at Swansea University. I have a first class honours degree in MSc and BEng Aerospace Engineering at the University of Southampton. I have straight A*s in my Maths, Chemistry and Physics at A level. Among top 3% in the country and top 5 students in college.
I am a young curious Electrical Engineering Student in my Penultimate year. Having Studied Physics for 5years- 3 years in Secondary School(GCSE Equivalent) and 2years IBO diploma, I am very enthusiastic about sharing the knowledge i have gained from previous experience. I have also participated in Genius Olympiad in the United States and BPho in the UK.
I am a Masters Level student studying in Swansea university having graduated in Civil Engineering from IIT ( a highly prestigious college, google it if you have not heard about it ). I am sure I can clear your conceptual doubts in Physics and any solve any intricate problem you are unable to solve.
MY TEACHING STYLE IS VERY EASY TO UNDERSTAND THE STUDENT.BY IMAGATION I AM TEACHING THE STUDENT AND MAKING THE FIGURE OF THE STUDENT . YOU DIDNOT HAVE TO REMEMBER THE FORMULA OF MATH AND PHYSICS . YOU HAVE TO THINK AND IMAGE BEFORE YOU READ.MAKE ON IMAGE IN YOUR MIND.
Teaching: Will use methods and sources of teachings that have worked for me and others in the past, however, am open-minded to specific methods the student may prefer.
I am a university student. I prefer to give revision classes and practice sessions. When I instruct students I prefer to make sure they understand the subject in a way that further knowledge can be easily introduced after the course. I also heavily rely on loads of practical problem solving.
studied for and was awarded a BA (Hons), and a Certificate of Postgraduate Study at Cambridge University between 1988 and 1993 in "Natural Sciences," specializing in Chemistry and Maths. I obtained a PhD from Birmingham University in Mathematical Chemistry in 1996. I did a lot of undergraduate teaching during this time.
I base my teaching on what you need done, meaning I will need to know which part of maths you do, and then I can go ahead and break it down to easily doable parts which you can learn.
I have a bachelor degree in Aerospace Engineering and now I'm in the second year at my second degree in Cosmology and Particle Physics. I'm a tutor for more than 6 years and I have my own method of teaching depending on the student's style. I focus on improving the weak points using worksheets and tutorials.
My teaching method is to break down topics into smaller, much more understandable chunks; and focus on areas of personal difficulty for the student. I try to do this in fun and creative ways, as more often than not science and maths are memory games and so making lessons more engaging ensures the students better remember methods and information.
I will be able to give lessons to anyone looking to study mathematics up to, and including, A level. Each lesson is flexible to the student's desired outcomes, but will follow the structure of learning the theory, then worked examples and to conclude with practise questions. Session length is flexible.
During the session I will look at specific topics and areas the student wishes to address. I will help with revision strategies and past paper practice.

Hello :) My name is Christian and I hold a degree in Economics from the leading Business School in Wales, Cardiff University. I am passionate to help others succeed and use a multitude of teaching methods when explaining concepts.
My name's Bethan Rowland-Jones, I have been teaching secondary school Physics (ages 11-18) for 9 years. I like to teach my students physics concepts in everyday terms, to help them build understanding, in order to apply their knowledge to a range of situations. I have a passion for particle physics and astronomy.
I am from Wales, I speak both English and Welsh fluently and currently I am studying an Integrated Engineering degree at Cardiff University. If you're like me, you also think maths and physics are difficult. This was until I had an keen tutor who showed me it could be simple.
I'm not your average tutor. I'll bring everything down to your level and build a solid foundation from which we can build a thorough understanding of the subject. I'll try my best to make it as easy to understand as possible.
