I believe that everyone has their own style of learning and that they learn at different speeds, which is why I will tailor my sessions to the individual and find the best learning style for them.
I am willing to teach any student from GCSE up to a-level. I aim to provide student centred lessons that focus at a personal level on the subject. Lessons will be based around what the student needs to learn and will be tailored to the individual. I aim to provide alternative ways and methods of dealing with all areas of maths, so that my students can find a method that suits them best.
Being a student myself I understand common pitfalls that other students tend to fall in - and through personal experience I know how to combat these. I want to offer students the best help they can without explicitly giving them solutions when they get stuck - instead guiding them with hints to find their own journey to the answer.
I am a young diploma holder student in medical science, currently studying at University and would be honoured to pass on my knowledge. From medical sciences to general medical science. I hold a triple distinction star certificate in medical science. I am extremely amazing in maths as well as English language.
I approach each topic logically and implement a systematic procedure to ensure students undertsand and learn what they are being taught to ensure they are capable enough to tackle tricky questions. I make the session fun by adding goals and targets to provide some form of incentive and a great learning atmosphere with key results.
I'm currently tutoring a small number of family members and friends who are currently studying for their GCSE's. I am a versatile teacher, I base my methods of teaching according to each individuals style of learning. I am able to adapt my methods in a way which students will understand by breaking down steps and acknowledging the students weakest and strongest points.
My teaching method is that i will look at the national curriculum for your exam board and then i will get resources to aid you and then initiate the teaching. You can ask me the same question 1000 times and i will not get annoyed. Im very paitent and understanding.
I usually begin the lessons with a small test to see what level the student is at and then work on topics that the student found challenging in that test. I have a few different methods of approaching the topics and use whichever works best. May that be using analogies and mnemonics to remember content or repeatedly practicing mathematical techniques.
I approach each topic from the basic and also check the basic level of understanding and progress based on how confident the tutee is.
The first part of my teaching is that is important that all the students understand the first part of the topics and they can show understanding . Once the students have known and understood the first part of the topic we can go to have a look at harder questions. I will be teaching and giving tuitions to primary school students and secondary school students and gcse students and AS students .
My teaching method is to do lots of past paper questions and look at how to approach the questions in the exam, and compare the way the student does it to the mark scheme. My students need to be prepared to work when not in lesson to maximise the progress they are able to make.
y name is Vicky and I am a final year Pharmacy student at the university of Wolverhampton. I moved to England at the age of 19 from Ireland. However I grew up in Germany, and moved to Ireland when I was 15 years old. As a result I am a fluent German speaker. I am passionate about helping people in general, hence working as a support worker for over two year.
I love to interact with the student by using a white board and different colours to aid with the learning. At the end of the session, all the material learnt is condensed to a flashcard to make it easier to revise prior to exams.
I use a variety of teaching and learning strategies to enhance learning. I like the use of some online quizzes as plenaries to assess learning.
Currently a student at Sixth Form who achieved an average grade of A* at GCSE, I wish to help others achieve the same feat. As I am still at school I can to relate to students more than older tutors are able to and because I have recently been through secondary school and now study at a higher level I can teach students to both pass exams and teach them about the subject.
I am a simple and open minded person. It is understandable that not everyone enjoys maths but I intend to help others have knowledge of at least the basics of mathematics for their studies, exams etc.
My teaching method is to explain clearly, demonstrate, practice, review and then provide positive feedback, then repeat this process to achieve success.
My teaching method is based on the concepts building and explaining the course that have been done in class and also provide extra study material
The teaching method is different for each child. I adapt to what the child/pupil requires. Help to achieve pupils their goal.
My approach to teaching is to understand your requirements then finding a learning style that works for you to tackle any questions that you think are challenging.
My teaching method is fun, an hopefully not going to bore you. Learning should be fun but also very productive.
I always start at the basics and work my way up. By doing this, big problems can be solved easily step by step.
My teaching methodology is teach and repeat.
I can assist with: 1: homework/project work 2: exam practice 3: grant／academic／job applications 4: Maths and Physics teaching up to University first year. A-level is my best level. If you tell me the topic, I can usually provide an experiment, a video, or some hand-outs. Not boring! Every topic will be done differently.
I can teach biology, chemistry and math. I currently work as a Lab manager, in a chemistry lab. I teach all sciences but can offer my chemistry services at higher level. Rates can be discussed. If interested please contact me.
Having recently graduated with a first-class degree in Chemical Engineering (IChemE accredited), I am well placed to help anyone involved with that region of study. I am also happy to help with students undertaking Maths/Science A-Level subjects. I believe in ultimately empowering the student to learn independently and set them up for future success.
Lessons will always be structured with theory covered first followed by simple questions to help students understand theory and finally leading up to homework questions which will be difficult exam questions that will cement the theory and help the student grasp a real understanding of the work. Practice makes perfect.
