Find private padel lessons in Enfield

Learning padel starts with a handful of technical basics before you chase points.

• Grip and racket control: a relaxed continental grip helps you react faster to the ball.
• Positioning on court: good court coverage with your partner prevents easy points for opponents.
• Using the walls: padel's glass and mesh walls add a whole new dimension to rallies.
• The underarm serve: padel serves are always hit underarm, below waist height.

Working with an instructor gives you structured feedback you won't get playing alone.

A private padel lesson in Enfield costs approximately £25/h.

Pricing can vary based on:

• Your skill level and coaching goals
• The coach's experience and qualifications
• The duration and frequency of lessons
• The lesson format (one-to-one or group session)

Most coaches offer a free or discounted trial lesson so you can test their style.

Most beginners find padel easier to pick up than tennis or squash.

• Smaller court: a compact playing area makes rallies easier to follow as a newcomer.
• Underarm serve: beginners can get the ball in play reliably within their first few sessions.
• Doubles format: playing in pairs shares the court coverage and eases pressure on new players.
• Wall play: this is usually the trickiest part and takes the longest to master.

Regular practice with an instructor builds confidence much faster than playing alone.
