Hello, my name is Bowen and I’m a first year Natural Sciences student at Cambridge. For my A-Levels I did Edexcel Maths and Further Maths, OCR A Chemistry and OCR B Physics. I have mentored students of all years in Maths, Physics and Chemistry when I was in sixth form. Many of my teachers were extremely good at explaining concepts in an intuitive and down-to-earth way, so I want to pass that on.
OFSTED Outstanding Teacher who adapts lessons to suit the needs of the student. A friendly, approachable and reliable tutor who has access to a range of resources and exam questions enabling each student to make progress. An experienced teacher of Key Stage 3, 4 and 5, specialising in GCSE Maths and Sciences and also A Level Chemistry (Edexcel, AQA and OCR).
I am currently in my third year (level 6) of chemistry degree, having also achieved 3 a levels and a foundation year in extended science. I plan to study after completing chemistry , to become a teacher for GCSE and a level students. I have three children myself so I am used to teaching different ages in different ways in order to suit them to grow and learn in a way which suits them.
First try to quote a practical example from my vast experience in research field of physics and mathematics(automobile) to help understand the topic and then dive into further details of theory for better understanding. It works well to connect practical knowledge with theoretical.
I work with recognised text books and revision guides to help explain the sections of each subject and work through questions to help reinforce the students learning. I either work through this systematically or else focus on areas that the student feels they most need help with.
I am aiming to teach younger students, helping expand their knowledge as well as my own. I'm patient, adaptable and willing to help in whatever way I can. I've helped some younger students in the past and hope start tutoring more in the upcoming year.
I usually teach first-year engineering students and A-level students in Maths, Physics, and Biology. I seem to give you my own examples and try an adapt my teaching style based on how you process things so my teaching patterns will be different for each individual I teach.

I apply an active method of learning, which involves you: you are not only a passive spectator of the lesson, you are conducted to understand and not only learn the topics through simple examples. I always enjoyed maths, physics and chemistry and technical subject of engieering and I make my best to help you in enjoying them as well.
About me: I am a 16 year old student at a grammar school who is very enthusiastic about science, as I am looking to go into aerospace engineering or medicine. I love to help others learn and I love all knowledge. I consider myself an all-rounder though not especially great any one subject I prefer sciences. I am able to be patient and vary my explanation methods.
My teaching method is focused on ensuring the understanding is there to allow for exam techniques to be worked on to ensure the best possible results. I am happy to adapt my style to any students so if you have a particular request please let me know. I aim to tailor my teaching to each individual student and provide them with several methods for understanding a topic.
Each student is unique, therefore, I base my tutoring around the strengths and weaknesses of the student in question. My tutoring will be based around supplementing the work of the teachers and solidifying their understanding of topics and helping build their confidence and knowledge of the subjects with lots of past papers and 1-1 questioning.
I give lessons to GCSE level students whether they are struggling or looking for some extra help to boost their grades. I like to work practically, using exam questions to start with and working backwards to figure out where the missing gaps in knowledge are.
