My tutoring approach is highly adaptable to the individual needs and interests of each student and prioritises enjoyment of the learning process. I decide together with the student which topics they want to cover and in what way, then I create activities that exercise all linguistic abilities (reading, writing, speaking and listening) based on these topics.
My teaching method is dynamic allowing the student to gain interest as well and knowledge in the languages. No set phrases and already conjugated verbs as the student will learn how to use the language in a way that they can apply in the real word while abiding by the syllabus.
I'm not teaching for Spanish certificates, only for people who want to improve their level in speaking or maybe some grammar. I can give you some advices that helps you to remember the grammar rules. I prefer giving dinamic classes due to my students could enjoy while learning.
I am an a-level student who was originally born in Scotland but i lived in Tenerife all my life. In Tenerife i taught people from all different age groups spanish, it was always a good experience and i would like to do it here as i helped multiple friends at GCSE level and they successfully passed and they didn't hate learning spanish.
I can help you whether you want to learn the basics, or to progress with what you already know. If you have any questions just let me know, I am happy to help - Don't be afraid to ask.
If you are passionate about something you are half way there, I understand that most people want to be able to get by and have a basic-to-good understanding of the language, which is why I base my lessons on learning the language, the most common conversations you will have, and our Spanish culture.
I can use different methodologies, always taylored to the needs of each student, as ever individual is different and needs different methodologies, what works for one it may not necessarily work for another one.
Hi all! My name is Alejandro. I'm a 27 year-old spanish student of the degree of Tanslation and Interpreting (currently about to start my last 4th and last course) at the University of Seville (in Aldalusia, Spain).
I am a recent Modern Language Studies graduate from the University of Nottingham, I studied Spanish, french and Portuguese. I grew up in a bilingual household, therefore i could consider myself a native Spanish speaker. I like to adapt to each students particular needs and learning styles, but have most experience with the direct method, in which lessons are only taught in the target language.
