We can choose the recipe upon your preference. Moreover, we also can start with a basic recipe to learn basic skills. I can prepare all the ingredients before the class however it will be added on the tuition fees. The lesson will take place at the student's home only.
Cooking is joy. I just let it be. No fixed grams or anything like that. I like the idea that everything can be fixed and that everyone can learn from their own mistakes to meet their own perfect dish. Creativity is the key for occasional cooking, but if someone is in need of ideas and methods for a new weekly meal plan I am more than excited to take on the challenge.

I learned how to cook by looking at my grandma at work and gradually stepping in, first just dusting the table with flour or chopping tomatoes and always keeping an eye on what she was doing, then, bit by bit, my tasks became more important. It is incredible how simple dishes such as fresh pasta, biscuits or ravioli, can turn out to be stunning when they are made with love and passion.
