I am Sneha Chand, a Food Science and Nutrition graduate and a three years Advance Diploma Course in Physical Fitness and Weight Management certificate holder from SNDT Women's University. Living a Holistic Lifestyle is what I believe in. And for the betterment of the society, I want to make everyone live the same Holistic Lifestyle by various terms and techniques that I would be teaching during my class.
