About Ashley
Hey hey. I am Ashley. An artist, creator and guide of nourishing and vibrant experiences for the soul.
I spent over 15 years guiding yoga classes, facilitating retreats, working with life coaching clients and supporting others on the wellness journey.
One of my favourite ways I take care of myself is through creating colourful and magical art through meditation and ritual and I began incorporating this into the work I was doing with clients.
