About Chen
My name is Chen, an Undergrad student at Imperial College London studying Computing Achieved A* in a levels Mathematics (edexcel), Further Maths (edexcel), Computer Science (OCR) and Physics (AQA). And 9 9s in GCSE including further maths
As someone who has also gone through the same experience, I understand how hectic these times could be. I eventually found a method that worked for me and I know I can help find yours to achieve the same or even better outstanding results. I believe work-life balance is very important but sometimes, especially during sixth-form or college, it can feel like you have no time at all but I am willing to guide you, improve your time management and help maintain those high grades.

As someone who has recently completed my A Levels, I have first-hand experience with the current GCSE and A Level Maths and Further Maths specifications, including the challenges students face when preparing for exams. I achieved 4 A*s at A Level in Maths, Further Maths, Physics and Computer Science, and will be studying Computing at Imperial College London. I offer tutoring in GCSE Maths, A Level Maths and A Level Further Maths, with a focus on building a strong understanding of concepts rather than simply memorising methods. I can help students work through difficult topics, improve their problem-solving skills, practise exam-style questions and develop effective exam techniques. Having recently sat these exams myself, I understand the importance of knowing not only how to solve a question, but also how to approach unfamiliar problems and pick up marks in exams. I aim to make lessons interactive and tailored to each student’s individual strengths, weaknesses and goals. I also have previous experience tutoring GCSE students on this platform and teaching Chinese in person, with positive outcomes. Alongside academic tuition, I can share practical advice on revision, exam preparation and, where relevant, the UCAS application process, having recently gone through the 2026 university admissions cycle myself.
