About Laura
Hi, I’m Laura, and I’ve been teaching AQA A-level Biology for over three years. I graduated from the University of Cambridge with a degree in Biological Natural Sciences, and I also studied the AQA specification myself at A-level, so I have first-hand experience of the exam board and what it takes to succeed.
A-level Biology can be a challenging subject — not only is there a huge amount of content to remember, but understanding what answers the examiners are looking for is a mission too! My lessons focus on building a good understanding of the biology so that memorisation comes much more naturally, whilst developing exam technique needed to achieve top marks.
I produce my own notes and resources which are tailored to the AQA Exam board which I share with students to support their study.
