I have competed in boxing since the age of 12 reach 2 x National ABA semi-finals
I Coach an Army boxing team through various boxing and strength and conditioning session for over 3 years
Completed Level 2 Personal Trainer and currently studying Level 3 Personal training meaning I have the most up to date methods in Personal Training.

My name is Andy
I provide lessons to mostly adults who inspire to progress in there boxing career. I also train beginners to become better boxers.
My technique and method in training often varies on ability.
I will always demonstrate what it is I want from you then we go through it slow time - step by step, building you up to a good standard.
My aim is to keep you engaged in the training so that you get the most out of the sessions.
