About Sophie

I am an A-level student at Newstead Wood School and am currently studying Maths, Further Maths, and Physics. I'm in Year 12 and am part of the Head Student Team. I do tutoring inside and outside of school already so I have experience working with students.

About the lesson

I offer 1 hour of tutoring per student per week in which I will cater lessons accordingly. For example, I can teach anything from helping boost confidence with basic Maths to GCSE Maths/Further Maths content. Last year, I got a 9 in my Maths GCSE and also achieved an A in the FSMQ (a Maths qualification which is equivalent to an AS-level). I can also help with problem solving as I have done lots of UKMT Maths Challenges over the years and have gained good scores in the Olympiads.
