About Isaac
Mathematics doesn’t have to be daunting! I help primary students build a rock-solid foundation in numeracy, fractions, and problem-solving through interactive and patient guidance.
I focus on breaking down complex concepts into 'lightbulb moments,' helping students overcome maths anxiety and build the logic skills they need for school and beyond. From Year 1 basics to Year 6 SATs preparation, I provide a structured but stress-free environment where students feel safe to ask questions and grow.

Perfect! Our first lesson with Isaac was really good. Our son is not confident and Isaac was really patient in helping him understand that he can do Maths. Looking forward to lesson 2.
- Clifford is great at doing sums in his head, but needs to use some kind of aid to help him with larger maths problems. Hopefully we can work towards boosting his confidence, and find a method of doing big sums, that he feels comfortable with.Isaac's response :
Perfect! An Excellent Tutor

Isaac truly is exactly as his profile says. His passion for his work has transformed my sons view on education in a very short space of time. He is more inquisitive eager to learn and really looks forward to his lessons. Isaac has ensured that my son has improved and surpassed in areas where he was struggling and now he is more confident in his reading, comprehension and writing skills I would highly recommend Isaac as a tutor

On my sons first lesson with Isaac, he was exactly as he described himself. Friendly and engaging. No time was wasted building a rapport, to increase my son's confidence in his worry subject. Isaac had a calm and caring nature, but challenged my son where and when necessary. Great first lesson! Thank you Isaac.

Dr Crichlow is a wonderful educator and colleague who consistently goes above and beyond for his students. He received 100% student satisfaction across all aspects of his teaching, course organization, and responsiveness to student queries. Students regularly describe him as 'insightful, engaging, accommodating, and understanding', highlighting both his academic expertise and his genuine care for student learning.
As Academic Director, I have greatly enjoyed working with Dr Crichlow. He is responsive, creative, and deeply committed to student success. His collaborative approach, reliability, and dedication made him a valued member of our academic community and an asset to all students, and I recommend him without hesitation.Isaac was my professor when I did study abroad in London. I loved his style of teaching which made it super digestible to students very new to the topics he taught. It was very engaging and creative as well! He was one of those professors that gave you as much support as you needed to succeed. Whether that was through office hours, helping with presentations or assignments or just sitting and talking about the topics that we had gone over in class. I remember the great conversations I had with Issac that further helped me understand the lecture. I highly recommend Professor Issac as a phenomenal educator.
Warm, professional and friendly, Isaac is a tutor par excellence who works tirelessly to help students overcome challenges and achieve academic success. He has tutored several of my children, and each time his dedication and commitment has shone through. Inspirational tutors like Isaac don’t come around often and I highly recommend him to future tutees. As John Keating remarked in Dead Poets Society: “Carpe diem. Seize the day.”
I worked with Isaac for a number of years. He was always well prepared, understood the pupils needs. He communicated well with the team and I would highly recommend him to anyone who employed him.
