About Luke
Hello! My name is Luke, I’m 16 and attending a local grammar school, where I study English literature. Just this past summer I achieved grade 9s in my English literature and language GCSE, even getting full marks on my Macbeth and A Christmas Carol paper, and I have continued to take Literature to A-level, alongside history, RS and media, as you can tell from this selection, I have a genuine passion for essays, writing and reading, as well as extensive knowledge of historical and religious context, making me a great fit for analysing texts and writing. I hope to help your child achieve the same top tier grades as me, and firmly believe no child is incapable of getting the grades they need to achieve their goals.

My sessions would be timed depending on your demand and your child's needs, however 1-2 hours is recommended and 3 hours at a time is where I usually cap it. We would not only focus on understanding the content to the thoroughest degree, but how to best answer the given questions and achieve the top grades. I am able to teach Macbeth, A Christmas Carol, An Inspector Calls, love and relationships poetry as well as English language, as all of these papers I completed to a grade 9 level, other texts may be available on request. Importantly, I can only do AQA.
