About Van Der
I am a passionate and experienced Personal Trainer and Sports Massage Therapist, holding a Level 2 Certificate in Gym Instruction, a Level 3 Certificate in Personal Training and Sports Massage Therapy, and a Master’s Degree in Fitness and Sports Education. As a lifelong athlete, my deep-rooted involvement in fitness and sports has shaped a genuine love for the industry. I take pride in sharing my knowledge and expertise to inspire, empower, and support others in achieving their health, fitness, and performance goals.

You will receive a personalized fitness plan based on your initial assessment and the goals you’ve set. We’ll begin by building a strong foundation with a focus on stability, and you’ll be able to track your progress through regular assessments and a progress tracking grid. Each session includes a complimentary 10-minute post-workout massage to aid recovery and support faster achievement of your goals. My training sessions are tailored to meet your individual needs, drawing on expertise in physical fitness, general health, and sports science. With a Master’s Degree in Fitness and Sports and hands-on experience in personal training and gym instruction, I provide engaging and effective coaching to help you reach your full potential.
