About Sam
I am 18 years old, and have just finished my A levels, receiving an A* in Physics. I find Physics fascinating, and love to share my skills, and if at all possible my enthusiasm, with others. This (academic) year I am taking a gap year to work (and hopefully travel), before going to study at Durham University.

During my Physics A Level, I would always try to make sure that I understood not just the surface level facts of the specification, but the links and processes behind things as well. This helps you to access higher grades, is generally more satisfying, and it also means that I can find ways of looking at things that make sense to you individually, regardless of your ability. I have experience tutoring and I try to develop a good relationship with tutees, as I believe that tutoring should be a joint effort to help you realise your full potential. Additionally, I am a young carer so I have experience working with neurodivergent people if that would be beneficial for you. Lessons can be any (reasonable) length that suits you.
Recommendations
Recommendations come from relatives, friends and acquaintances of the teacher
Sam knows the course content of each subjects he tutors in great depth which, with his explanation skills, allows him to tailor his teaching to each person's learning preferences. He also has a personal interest in each of the subjects which makes him a particularly good tutor if tutees are interested in the wider subject.
I am pleased to recommend Sam as a tutor. He has great comprehension of the subject and where the student is at, along with great teaching techniques, making for an excellent tutor for enhancing confidence and knowledge in the area being taught.
Sam is an excellent mathematician and academic. He has a strong understanding of the subject and explains concepts very clearly. Sam is lovely to work with, he will be extremely professional and friendly.
