About Jake
I am very passionate about health and fitness. I have been coaching boxing since 2020 and have been a qualified personal trainer since 2019 with hundreds of satisfied customers. I also focus heavily on weight training/strength training. I love to inspire people to lead a healthier lifestyle and build their confidence in and outside of the gym.

I like to focus on a mix of technique-based training with correct form, footwork and defensive skills, as well as high-intensity cardio-based training. I mix each session up and make it different and fresh each time so you will always be learning new skills week by week. Sometimes I will do a mix of boxing-specific cardio base circuits on top of the training to help with important aspects of boxing you might not get from just pad work/bag work like power drills or plyometric training etc. Learning the fundamentals first is the most important thing to me and I try to make that the primary focus of each workout. My training is suited to anyone wanting to find a fun alternative to cardio, learn a new skill, improve their overall fitness and learn the boxing fundamentals.
