About Sumaiyah
I have been tutoring at Jack Hunt School for around a month. In this time I have worked with two students to help them through their Language and Literature papers. We work one on one and as a group to go through the exam papers.
I am confident that the students I have worked with so far are feeling more confident in their work and enjoy the hour of tutoring we share together every week!

I am an A-Level student from Peterborough. I currently tutor year 11 students at my school (Jack Hunt School) to achieve their target grades in English literature and English Language.
My techniques are based on what the student needs, for example, for a student struggling with structure in their writing, I will go through relevant exam questions with them to demonstrate the use of PETA paragraphs. For a student struggling with content, I will read through their studied books and find resources to help them understand and develop their own opinions and understanding of the books they are studying.
I can also boost reading and writing skills in younger students.
