About Lauren
I am an A Level student studying Physical Education, Biology and Psychology and I hope to pursue a career in Physiotherapy. I have experience in teacher-assisting and tutoring children at a local high school, and my most recent qualifications are GCSEs - I achieved 3 A*s, 2 A's, and 5 B's. Since June 2019, I have tutored and helped friends and family - for example, I have taught my dad parts of his Functional Skills Level 1 specification which has helped him to achieve on average 91% on every test paper.

My teaching method is split into lecturing, discussion and individual work. I like to focus on the areas that the student isn't confident with and develop their knowledge using demonstrations and discussion. I'd like my students to feel reassured that they can ask questions freely regarding their course.

My hourly rate is the same for every student (£8) when lessons are individually booked. Any 'multiple hour' purchase will be booked as seperate hours each week - on a regular basis and schedule, and this will be discussed via email so the schedule is booked to suit both of our availabilities. If you need to cancel a lesson at any time, please let me know at least 24 hours before the lesson - please note that anyone that buys one of the 'multiple hour' packages will not have their tuition refunded.
Tuition and Guidance will be online (webcam).
I am available for 20 hours per weekend and I am available to start tuition in April 2020 - due to syllabus learning, specification research and organisation.
