About Elsie
Hi! I am a student who is currently studying A-level English Literature, Spanish, and Geography. I am an elected representative in the Southwark Youth Parliament, Head Girl at my school, and an experienced debater. I placed in the top 10 debaters in England in 2021, and started and run the debating club at my school. I enjoy reading and playing the violin and piano, and I am very excited to meet you!

As a student, I understand the difficulties associated with GCSEs and secondary education. In all of my lessons I aim to have a student-led approach, through which I identify the pupil's specific weaknesses and aim to tackle those. I also have an empathetic and understanding methodology; a mistake is a sign that the student is trying rather than a marker of intelligence. I have experience tutoring primary school students, and as a debating coach.
