About Haley
I am a licensed Tennessee educator with 14 years of classroom experience and a Doctorate in Educational Leadership. I am passionate about helping students grow in confidence, strengthen their academic skills, and feel successful in the classroom.
My teaching style is patient, encouraging, and personalized. I take time to understand each student’s strengths, challenges, and learning style so I can provide instruction that meets their needs. I use clear explanations, guided practice, engaging activities, and targeted feedback to help students make progress.

My tutoring approach is supportive, engaging, and personalized to each student’s needs. I begin by identifying what the student already understands, where they are struggling, and what skills need to be strengthened. I use clear explanations, guided practice, modeling, and confidence-building strategies to help students feel successful.
A typical lesson includes a quick warm-up, direct teaching of the skill, guided practice together, independent practice, and a short review to check understanding. I also provide tips, strategies, and feedback students can use beyond the tutoring session.
What sets me apart is my 14 years of classroom experience, doctoral background in Educational Leadership, and endorsements in elementary education, middle grades, intervention, administration, and special education. I understand how to break down difficult concepts and support different learning styles.
