About Mary Jean

Hello! I am a Licensed Professional Teacher from the Philippines with a Bachelor's degree in Elementary Education, major in General Education. I am currently pursuing my Master's degree in Educational Administration and Supervision.

I have three years of teaching experience in private tutoring and teaching English as a Second Language (ESL) to children, teenagers, and adults. Throughout my teaching journey, I have worked with students of different ages, learning levels, and backgrounds. These experiences have helped me develop patience, flexibility, and effective teaching strategies that meet each student's individual needs.

As a teacher, I believe that every student has the ability to learn and improve with proper guidance, encouragement, and consistent practice. I create a friendly, respectful, and supportive learning environment where students feel comfortable asking questions, expressing their ideas, and learning from their mistakes.

I specialize in helping students develop their English communication skills, including speaking, listening, pronunciation, vocabulary, grammar, and reading comprehension. I make my lessons interactive, practical, and enjoyable by using real-life situations, engaging activities, and personalized learning materials.

I am committed to providing quality lessons, constructive feedback, and continuous support to help my students achieve their learning goals.

Whether you are a parent looking for a patient tutor for your child or an adult hoping to improve your English communication skills, I would be happy to guide you on your learning journey.

Let's make learning English enjoyable, meaningful, and confidence-building. I look forward to seeing you in my class!

I am a Licensed Professional Teacher in the Philippines with a Bachelor's degree in Elementary Education, major in General Education. I am currently pursuing my Master's degree in Educational Administration and Supervision. I have three years of teaching experience, including private tutoring and teaching English as a Second Language (ESL) to children and adults.

My teaching approach is student-centered, interactive, and flexible. I believe that every student learns differently, so I adjust my lessons based on their age, English level, interests, and learning needs. I use simple explanations, real-life examples, pictures, games, and conversations to make learning enjoyable and meaningful.

My typical 45-minute lesson includes a short warm-up, lesson introduction, discussion, interactive activities, speaking practice, and feedback. I focus on helping students improve their vocabulary, pronunciation, grammar, listening, and speaking skills while building their confidence in using English.

What sets me apart as a tutor is my patience, dedication, and ability to create a friendly and comfortable learning environment. I encourage my students to express themselves, ask questions, and learn from their mistakes without feeling embarrassed.

My lessons are suitable for young learners, elementary students, teenagers, and adults, especially beginner to intermediate English learners. Whether you want to improve your conversational English, strengthen your grammar, or develop your communication skills, I am here to guide you step by step.

My goal is to make English learning simple, enjoyable, and practical while helping every student become a more confident English speaker.
