This is a safe space with no judgement. I believe in focusing on trust in the beginning so we can move into productive dialog. I know its often hard to open up to strangers about our problems but once we have the space to express our thoughts freely we can really start making progress. So in spirit of that I hope my humor and relaxed demeanor give you a great friend and listener

INITIAL MEETING:
- The first meeting will just be us getting to know a bit about each other, what you hope to get out of this, and if this is a good fit for you
My method:
- We start by choosing a topic you want to focus on, whether thats career growth, relationship advice, life coaching, etc
- You let me know what your goals are for this meeting
- From there you send me some high level context about your current situation/circumstances
- During our meetings we will discuss life updates, plans of action, mindset shifts, etc
