I am a certified Peer Support Specialist, and a survivor of domestic violence. I have fine tuned my abilities and wisdom generated from my life experiences to share and help others with life and coping skills in difficult times.

My method of guiding is first to actively listen, andthen assist in implementation of the skills learned here. I base my classes on proven methods of self regulation, and sound psychology. I approach each topic by thoroughly preparing to give the most information to persons empowering them to seek higher enrichment in their personal lives and to spark change in others.
